HZC Power Pty Ltd offers a minimum of 2 YEARS warranty for Log Splitter products used for residential use from the date of purchase. Please check the product page for specific details. For all commercial use, a 6-month parts warranty period applies, unless otherwise specified in the product listing. HZC Power Pty Ltd offers a minimum of 1 Years Warranty for Mini Excavators Products used for residential use and 6 month parts warranty for commercial use.
The warranty provided by HZC Power Pty Ltd is solely for the benefit of the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.
All the following conditions are based on the product being defective or not performing as described. In instances where a return is required, the purchaser is responsible for any shipping costs. Warranties will only be determined by a HZC Power Pty Ltd Technician upon inspection.
Our warranties do not cover accidents, misuse, neglect, natural disasters, acts of God, or other external causes, or damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner not described in the instructions.
Our warranties do not cover consumable parts/spare parts. Consumable parts are defined as any part that can be used up or worn out during normal use.
If you wish to return a defective or incorrect product, please contact us via email at info@hzc-power.au within 60 Calendar Days of receipt. Once contacted, we will investigate your issues and advise you whether your product may be returned. If required, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return your goods, which you must follow. We will not accept the return of a product without a Return Authorization Number. All returns and any issues involved will be processed by HZC Power within 6 business days.
