1. Pickup: You have the option to collect your order directly from our warehouse for free. If pickup is the only option shown at checkout and you require delivery, please contact us to arrange delivery.
2. Flat Delivery Fee: Delivery fees are fixed and will be clearly indicated at checkout. Please note that additional fees may apply for deliveries to remote areas, and in some cases, depot pickup might be necessary.
3. Free Delivery: If applicable, free delivery will be stated at checkout. Similar to the flat delivery fee, additional fees may apply for remote areas and depot pickup might be necessary.
4. Processing and Delivery: We aim to process in-stock items within 2 business days with delivery times of 5 to 10 business days. Pickup items will be ready within 2 business days.

1. Order Cancellation: If you've paid but decide to cancel, you can contact HZC Power via email or phone to check the status of your order. If the products haven't been dispatched yet, a re-stocking fee of 10% of the purchase price will be charged, and a refund of 90% of the purchase price will be issued using the original payment method.
2. Change of Mind: This applies only to full-price products. Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of receipt. Postage will be at the buyer’s expense, and any postage cost incurred in the original purchase will not be refunded. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

1. HZC Power Pty Ltd offers a minimum of 18 months warranty for products used for residential use from the date of purchase. For all commercial use, a 6-month parts warranty period applies, unless otherwise specified in the product listing.
2. The warranty provided by HZC Power Pty Ltd is solely for the benefit of the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.
3. Warranties do not cover accidents, misuse, neglect, natural disasters, acts of God, or other external causes, or damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner not described in the instructions.
