Refund Policy

Order Cancellation: If you've paid but decide to cancel, you can contact HZC Power via email or phone to check the status of your order. If the products haven't been dispatched yet, a re-stocking fee of 10% of the purchase price will be charged, and a refund of 90% of the purchase price will be issued using the original payment method.
Change of Mind: This applies only to full-price products. Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of receipt. Postage will be at the buyer’s expense, and any postage cost incurred in the original purchase will not be refunded. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

HZC Power Pty Ltd offers a minimum of 18 months warranty for products used for residential use from the date of purchase. For all commercial use, a 6-month parts warranty period applies, unless otherwise specified in the product listing.
